Macarons (Not Macaroons)....these are the meringue based cookie sandwich.  It's like a classy whoopie pie!  I have made a variety of flavors.

If you want custom flavors--Due to the fact these are weather finicky and egg whites need to age these must be ordered 1 week before you need them.
